Returns and Exchanges

  • Wrong item or colour delivered
  • Manufacturing fault 
    • Aprisin has been informed via customercare@aprisin.com.sg within three (3) days from date of receipt of merchandise/s
  • No Returns or Exchanges once goods have been delivered and accepted by customers. 
  • Clearance goods are strictly non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

There exists a manufacturing fault and if Aprisin has been informed via customercare@aprisin.com.sg within three (3) days from date of receipt of merchandise.

We only accept returns and exchanges within 7 days upon receipt of goods provided that the item is unused and its original condition with its original packaging and/or tags intact, including any accessories and manuals.

All returns must be sent to our showroom along with your proof of purchase. Returns made without a receipt may be refused. Baby Joy reserves the right to deny any return.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers and damaged products through customer mishandling.

All sale items and items purchased using discount code during a sale are final and non-refundable.

Order number

Date and proof of purchase

Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)

Contact number

Please allow 5-7 working days for a return to be processed once received.

Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (credit card, debit card, etc.)
