We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express WeChat Pay and Alipay. We do not accept Cash-on-Delivery.

There is a $20 delivery fee for all orders below $200.

We provide free delivery service for all purchases above S$200 in a single order.

We currently ship to any delivery address in Singapore, except for certain Restricted Areas.

All successful orders placed will be processed and delivered within five (5) working days.

We do not offer same-day delivery. If you need your order urgently, please call us at (65) 6336 8311. Urgent or extraordinary deliveries may incur additional charges. You may also self-collect in store.

Should our attempt to deliver your paid merchandise on the agreed time and date be unsuccessful due to no fault of Baby Joy, we regret that we will not be able to leave the purchase with a neighbour, at a guardhouse or otherwise.

At a fee of S$20, an alternative date and time can be agreed and rescheduled for a failed delivery attempt.

Currently, we do not ship internationally. You may email us at customercare@aprisin.com.sg and we will give you a shipping quote based on your order and location. Please keep in mind that the purchaser is responsible for any applicable import taxes or fees.

Baby Joy shall not be responsible for loss or damage to merchandise upon collection of merchandise by your appointed courier at our business premise.
